Decatur, Alabama Do you excel in a shop setting where blueprints lead the way and quality welds keep production moving? Texas Trades is seeking experienced welders to fabricate structural components for HAX Systems used in data centers—long-term work with consistent hours on the day shift.

Is this you?

Have strong experience in industrial fabrication and manufacturing?

Comfortable reading and executing from detailed fabrication drawings?

Built structural and heavy industrial weldments (or eager to put that experience to work)?

Bring reliable transportation and the kind of work ethic others count on?

Day shift schedule

Approximately 50 hours each week Steady, long-term project work in a fabrication shop

Pay range: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience and weld test performance
