Engineering/Manufacturing Co‑op – Spring 2027 – Decatur, AL, USA

The program runs from January 11, 2027 to May 07, 2027 and is based in Decatur, AL. Housing and relocation assistance are available.

• Set goals & objectives for your co‑op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Use initiative to find and develop process improvements.
• Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.
• Develop and demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Set regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader.

Travel required:

0% – 10% (depending on role). Hours & weekends:
Some overtime and Saturdays may be required. Start and end times vary by department and role. All roles are on the 1st shift; start between 5:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees) or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management (or related degrees).
• Expected graduation May 2028 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Willingness to explore all sides of Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Materials, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor visas.

• Previous co‑op or internship experience.
• Leadership roles on campus or in the community.
• Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving.
• Initiative, strong communication skills, effective team skills, and coursework or related experience in their major field of study.
