Shift: Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Pay: $20.00/hour ($19.00 base pay + $1.00/hour shift differential)

Are you an experienced CNC Laser Operator looking for a company that values quality, teamwork, and employee growth? We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. As a Laser Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser equipment to accurately cut steel parts while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety.

• Set up, align, and operate CNC laser machines.
• Select the appropriate cutting programs based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, routers, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality using visual and dimensional measurements.
• Load and unload steel sheets and change materials as needed.
• Perform routine troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and basic machine upkeep.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and update computer records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the team.

We're looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys working in a manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• External candidates: 2-3 years of CNC Laser operating experience.
• Internal candidates:
  Minimum of six months of Turret experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with chemicals, lubricants, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

This position is active and requires working on your feet throughout the shift.

• Stand for up to 10 hours.
• Frequently push, pull, grip, and handle materials.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Bend, stoop, reach, and walk throughout the shift.
• Safely work around manufacturing equipment.
• Have good vision, including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
