Monitor the movement of product to and from the room; take temperature readings on incoming components and verify tickets;
Verify required paperwork is signed and turned in daily;
Perform sanitation and wash downs; maintain sanitary conditions;
Adhere to Safety, Food Safety, SQF, GMPs and USDA requirements
