Product Development Specialist

Lakeland Industries, a global leader in protective clothing, is seeking a Product Development Specialist to drive innovation in safety garments for industrial, healthcare, and emergency response markets. In this role, you will lead product development from concept through launch, translating customer and regulatory requirements into robust, manufacturable designs. You will evaluate advanced materials, support testing and certifications, and partner closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and sales to ensure products meet stringent safety and performance standards.
