Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $16.05 per hour

As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Stocking the production line with cartons, shippers, glue, and other necessary supplies.
• Monitoring the packaging line to ensure products move efficiently and safely.
• Removing obstructions and clearing jams to minimize downtime.
• Inspecting finished cartons to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Alerting machine operators when quality concerns arise.
• Reworking products that do not pass inspections or quality checks.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
• Following all safety procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including dress code requirements.
• Working collaboratively with teammates by rotating positions and assisting where needed.
• Reporting any food safety or quality concerns to management or the Quality Assurance team.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the production team.

• Experienced, with at least one year of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
• Team-oriented and willing to help others succeed.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Safety-conscious and committed to following company procedures.

• Stand for the duration of your shift.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequently walk, bend, kneel, twist, turn, and use your hands and fingers.
• Climb ladders as needed during cleaning or maintenance activities.
