Automation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Decatur, AL. This is an opportunity to use your machining expertise to set up and operate CNC and manual equipment, interpret blueprints and technical instructions, and produce or repair precision parts that meet exact specifications. Monday through Friday,700 am to330 pm, with OT currently starting at 6 00 am.

• Produce or repair precision parts using manual and CNC equipment and accurate measurements.
• Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand required specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Select appropriate machines, such as lathes, and position/load material.
• Check part tolerances to ensure parts meet specifications.

• 2 years’ experience as a machinist.
• Experience using and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated machines, including lathes and grinders.
• Ability toread blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
