Production Utility & Packaging OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable Production Utility & Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This role supports multiple areas of the production process for OSB board manufacturing, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Pay Rate
$17-$21 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Second shift:6:00
pm-6:00
am
Rotating schedule of4
days
on 4
days
off
- Package finished products according to quality and production standards
- Apply and verify unit tags, straps, and markings for accuracy
- Clean and maintain production areas, including paint booth, strapper area, conveyors, and pump room
- Assist with product regrading and general production support tasks
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in hot, industrial environments
- Ability to pass physical, respiratory, and hearing tests
