A leading nonprofit conservation organization is seeking a Youth Crew Lead for the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge. The role involves guiding and mentoring youth participants in conservation activities while ensuring a positive and safe environment. You will assist in planning youth programs that promote natural resource stewardship. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, adaptable and have a background in ecological or environmental fields.

This position offers a living allowance of $700/week and a commitment to a 10-week program.
