Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting February 16-April 7 at their Corporate Health clinic in Decatur, AL. Provider will see ages 6+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.

Provider must also be comfortable seeing ages 2 and up for this assignment.
