The RN or LPN Staff Nurse plays a vital role in delivering person-centered nursing care by collaborating with the healthcare team and engaging in resident and family education. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assisting physicians during procedures, conducting patient tests, and administering medications as permitted. The Staff Nurse fosters an environment of safety and comfort while promoting patient independence through goal-setting and teaching self‑care skills related to their conditions and medications, all in alignment with the mission of Adams Health and nursing standards.
This position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements- 40 hours per week – Second Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- On‑Call Rotation (Every Other Weekend)
- Valid RN or LPN License in the State of Indiana
- BLS/CPR Certification Required
- Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Registered Nurse
