Position: Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting RN talent to support our non‑profit mission of prioritizing individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care in an in‑center hemodialysis unit as part of a patient‑care team. RNs play an essential role in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for each patient.

Schedule
:
Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts starting at 5:00 am;
Sundays off; no overnight shifts.

Compensation
: $29–$40 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machine, alarms and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per procedures and policies
  • Conduct ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis and report changes to physicians and families
  • Administer and document prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection‑control regulations
  • Participate in care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Document mandatory patient education efforts
  • Facilitate care continuity with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead and supervise a small care team
  • Help onboard new staff as directed
  • Perform additional related duties as requested
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated clinical competence
  • Willingness to collaborate with care teams
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Accredited nursing degree mandatory
  • Dialysis experience not mandatory; mandatory 3‑month compulsory training provided
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
