Quality Technician

Polyplex is looking for a Quality & TS Technician

We have benefit offerings:

Job Description

Expectations Accountable for assurance of quality within Polyplex, and Interact internally and with customers to resolve technical issues & provide them with solutions. Needs to be able to manage in a team setting in order to complete all lab functions and reports.

  • Standardization of product specifications & internal processes to meet customer requirements and compliances
  • Test Methods, Sampling methods, and qualification criteria (for input, in process and outgoing products)
  • Understanding the customer processes and expectations for existing & new products
  • Develop & ensure systems as per ISO requirements
  • Formalize all such analysis methods with respect to different situations so that analysis/inspection can be standardized
  • Standardization by Analysis & process improvements
  • Institute appropriate quality assurance system to ensure repeatability on overall product quality & performance - ISO systems & other relevant industry standards
  • Manage laboratory functions, tests, equipment and reports
  • Manage the CAPA process (Corrective & Preventative Action) internally & externally
  • Coordinate with internal & external customers
  • Conduct periodic audits as per scope
  • Receive samples from prospective customers for testing
  • Conduct testing and reporting of findings to Quality and Technical Services Manager

Education Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Industry Experience At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with lab or production experience preferred.
