Verify and monitor production lines and paperwork to ensure product specification compliance;
Assist Production with day-to-day quality problems to reach workable solutions;
Verify labeling, lot codes, bags, boxes, and pallets are correctly adhered, printed, sealed, and stacked;
Verify incoming raw materials and inform Shipping/Receiving QA if products do not meet specifications;
Ensure microbiological swabs and samplings are performed at correct times and positions;
Follow all quality, food safety policies and PPE requirements
