Manager In Training - Part Time

Hibbett Sports - Up to $11.70/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in controlling assets and departmental responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.;
Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.;
Monitor inventory movement and customer trends to support profitability; communicate to management.;
Supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager; interview, train, plan, assign and direct work.
