• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotional offers clearly
• Handle all guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including check‑in, scheduling, estimating, and checkout
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing recommendations
• Promote self‑development with company‑provided training tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including light lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

• Prior multi‑employee management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
• Previous tire or parts sales experience

• High school diploma
• Previous automotive guest service experience

• Strong work ethic; independently motivated to produce results while developing a team
• Hard worker, diligent in task completion, demonstrating responsibility, dependability, conscientiousness, communication, and teamwork
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions
• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures and guidelines
