Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) - Huntsville, Alabama

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader. Provide a brand experience for customers and train the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

• Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized.
• Maintain the store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and profitable sales.
• Ensure all fixtures are replenished.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Experience with point-of-sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, ladder climbing; vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment; lifting at least 30 lbs.
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week (must provide 20 hours of availability).

Hourly wage range: $19.48 to $20.48 based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Full remuneration details and benefits are provided upon offer.
