Position: STORE MANAGER - 21 and older only - DECATUR, AL

Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure the store is properly staffed;
Provide training for employees and conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions and/or counseling up to termination;
Open the store at least two times per week and close the store at least two times per week;
Evaluate operating statements to identify sales, profitability, turn, and expense control opportunities;
Order to meet or exceed in-stock targets and manage Basic Stock Replenishment and cycle counts.
