Job Summary
Retail Territory Manager – Field based in Birmingham. Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts, drive sales and achieve quarterly and annual POS goals.
Responsibilities- Manage daily retail account activities and visits.
- Analyze metrics in Salesforce, Power BI, and Show Pad to map customer routing and sales plans.
- Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies and achieve retail‑specific objectives.
- Analyze POS and promotional performance to develop individualized store and territory sales plans.
- Work with Sales Operations to secure inventory for promotional activities.
- Implement national and local activation strategies to drive sales and market share.
- Engage key decision makers, develop and implement tailored initiatives, and present findings.
- Coordinate with retail service partners, conduct monthly district meetings, and lead quality walks to ensure service accountability.
- Use sales enablement tools to identify gaps, create sales plans, and close sales gaps.
- Manage inventory and order writing, develop exit strategies for special promotions.
- Maintain professional end‑user relationships through job site blitzes, product training, seeding, and conversions.
- Manage budgets for travel, demo tools, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- 3‑5years of retail sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8‑10days annually).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of IT business systems (BW, , Tool Commerce).
- Must pass a drug test and have a valid driver’s license (MVR).
Competitive salary with a total target cash compensation range of $51,700.00 – $83,300.00, inclusive of base salary and target variable compensation. Eligible for sales incentive plan or commission.
