Clinical Inside Sales Representative – Spanish Market (Frankfurt area, Germany)
Noris Medical, a global leader in dental implant solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service, Sales & Operations Representative to support the Spanish market. Based in our Frankfurt office, you will manage customer communications, assist sales processes, and handle daily operational and logistics tasks.
- Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking customers
- Process orders, invoices, and coordinate shipments
- Support sales managers and help drive marketing & sales activities
- Manage leads and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Keep CRM systems and internal reports up to date
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations – required
- Fluent/native Spanish – required
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Highly organized, independent, and proactive
- Must be located in Frankfurt or nearby
- Experience in the dental or medical device field (advantage)
- Familiarity with the Spanish dental market (advantage)

- Regulatory Submissions: preparing submissions for regulatory authorities, especially 510(k) and EU MDR, securing approvals and maintaining market access
- Regulatory Intelligence: stay updated with latest changes in the medical device industry across the US, EU and other major markets worldwide, monitor regulations and assess impact on products
- RA Input in Design and Development: collaborate with Design and Development teams to provide regulatory guidance and ensure RA requirements are considered throughout the product lifecycle; participate in design reviews
- EU Technical Documentation and 510K Files Maintenance: maintain and update technical documentation for EU products; manage 510K files for US‑distributed products
- Change Impact Analysis: assess impact of product changes, process modifications or regulatory updates on strategy and documentation; provide guidance to stakeholders
- Lead RA Projects: spearhead specific regulatory projects such as new product registrations and market expansions, coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Additional RA Tasks: handle other regulatory affairs tasks as required, including submissions, product registrations, responses to authorities, and maintaining regulatory communication records
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a medical device company, focusing on non‑active devices
- Strong knowledge of US and EU regulations and familiarity with other international frameworks (advantage)
- Proficiency in conducting change impact assessments and implementing regulatory strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, Marketing)
- Track record of ensuring product compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing regulatory documentation
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field (advanced degrees in Regulatory Affairs are advantageous)
Sales Representative – USA (Various states including Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama)- Conduct sales calls and other activities aimed at achieving sales quota and goals for the assigned accounts and territory; ensure all activities follow company policies and applicable laws
- Attend planning meetings and develop sales activity plans to optimize performance and achieve target outcomes
- Assist with dental surgery procedures by guiding dentists in product use, drilling sequences, and surgery area setup
- Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivable in coordination with corporate staff
- Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects to drive product growth
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow‑up appointments to keep customers informed about new products
- Previous experience selling dental products/medical devices in a B2B setting
- Existing book of business in one or more primary markets (plus)
