We're seeking a New Home Sales Manager/Broker in Madison, Alabama, to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales team while providing our clients the opportunity of finding their dream home.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a leading sales team
  • Manage all aspects of sales and marketing for the division office
  • Educate, train, and motivate others
  • Adapt to and promote the Adams Homes culture:

Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • An Alabama Brokerage License
