Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now! Earn $14.00 Per Hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls.

• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities for up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and keeping them clean and free of debris.

Experience
:
Experience in customer service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between work locations or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
