Confie and its family of companies are seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Trainee / Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Decatur, Alabama. You will focus on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, backed by comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
This role offers a base salary with monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and bonus incentives. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred, along with sales or customer service experience
