• Assisting sales consultants in closing deals
• Forecasting goals and projecting levels of productivity
• Providing and inspiring customer service excellence
• Administering and monitoring factory-sponsored programs
• Managing staff members and mentoring new consultants
• Driving business growth through day-to-day involvement
• Developing action plans and implementing measurable performance goals
• Must have sales management and finance experience in the automotive industry
