The responsibilities of this role “Regional Sales Manager” will include leading, organizing and Training a highly skilled team of sales professionals specializing in Residential & Commercial Roof Replacement, Roof Repair and managing the Roofing Process. This role is responsible for driving regional sales strategy, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. CRM Proficiency is a must. There is a strong emphasis on team skill development and ongoing training to foster growth and advancement within the corporate organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Lead, manage, and coach a team of sales representatives
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Set and achieve sales targets consistently
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team
• Manage the sales process for roof repair, replacement, and insurance claims services

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management
