Pay: $20.00/Hour

Part-time, flexible on-call position. Must be available to work as needed across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hiring Immediately

• Train and qualify to work assigned post, understand specific and general post instructions.
• Maintain practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions called for by the client.
• Maintain access control procedures set by building management.
• Utilize access control systems, visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.
• Identify all tenants and/or visitors upon arrival.
• Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
• Observe departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.
• Monitor security cameras within the facility.
• Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
• Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours, including flights of stairs and frequent exterior patrols in any weather.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Assist tenants and visitors with directions and general business information.
• Record data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and equipment malfunctions accurately for building management.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED and at least one year of satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience; must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-licensed security card and driver’s license.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding; bilingualism is a plus.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and criminal background check; maintain a working telephone number for contact.

Physical demands are based on the contract and must be met to perform essential functions: stand for extended periods, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, accommodate foot patrols on the interior and exterior of the assigned facility, and perform duties in inclement weather.
