Overview
Job Summary
Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and
Essential Functions:
1. General cleaning of equipment/spaces/buildings/grounds.
2. Completion of work orders, PM’s and other records.
3. Building component installation/maintenance/repair.
4. Accept and complete additional duties as assigned.
5. Respond to fire and other emergencies.
6. Participates in helping with all department activities as needed.
7. Picks up materials when needed.
QualificationsMinimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Education: HS/GED required. Technical training in a health care environment on equipment and utilities preferred.
Experience: One year experience or comparable combination of education and experience in maintenance preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to maintain records.
- Must posses a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
