Maintenance Technician II; River Valley

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour; $1000.00 sign on bonus.

Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support one of our apartment communities in Decatur, AL 35603

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day.

• Perform
  general maintenance and repairs
• Basic painting
• A/C drain line inspection and clearing
• Minor drywall repairs, carpentry work
• Complete
  service requests
  in a timely and professional manner
• Help maintain
  curb appeal and overall community appearance
• Follow all
  OSHA and safety regulations
• Provide strong
  customer service
  when interacting with community members
• Work both
  independently and as part of a team
• Participate in
  on-call rotation
  for after-hours emergencies
• Assist with
  preventative maintenance and additional tasks
  as needed

• 1+ year of maintenance experience
  (multifamily preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic hand tool and power tool knowledge
• Basic painting skills
• Basic knowledge of appliances
• Strong
  organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to
  multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable responding to
  after-hours service calls
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
