Job DutiesRehab Resource Coordinator-DSA III is a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team and serves as the Liaison between the treatment team, Rehab Services Dept., and unit staff. They conduct Rehab Assessments, incorporate needs and interests into the treatment plan, and coordinate referrals for therapeutic interventions.
Minimum QualificationsThere are no entry level requirements for this position.
Additional Considerations- Experience facilitating groups preferred.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Prefer previous work experience in a public mental health program/facility.
- Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a Social Services field is highly preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strongly prefer certification as a CPRP (Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner), ADC, or CTRS.
