Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis on variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Support tax preparation and filing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as necessary.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, or similar) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
