As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will support our Finance Department by managing high-volume vendor invoice processing, employee expense reports, and payment reconciliations. This role involves data entry, document review, and payment execution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounts payable activities.

• Reconcile expenses and inventory payables.
• Maintain all vendor check stubs and related backup.
• Review and enter all employee expense reports.
• Match all vendor purchase orders, receivers and invoices.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and enter into accounts payable system.
• Review accounts payable report to determine payments for check processing.
• Manage and match vendor deductions against vendor invoices.
• Perform check processing as required.
• Correct any invoice discrepancies.
• Operate and manage all postage meter services.

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, departmental managers and co-workers.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• High School Diploma or higher education.
• 2-3 years of high-volume accounts payable experience.
