Ferretti Search is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Full-Cycle Accountant who enjoys working across multiple areas of accounting and wants the opportunity to make an impact within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This position offers exposure to the full accounting cycle and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day‑to‑day responsibilities. The role will support all aspects of accounting operations while partnering closely with leadership and helping the organization continue to scale. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Process customer invoicing and billing transactions
• Support collections efforts and customer account follow‑up
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Assist with month‑end close activities and reporting
• Support cash management and other accounting‑related functions

• Assist with inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation activities
• Support inventory accounting processes as needed
• Partner with operations and leadership to ensure financial accuracy
• Help improve reporting and accounting processes across the organization

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and month‑end close
• Experience working within Quick Books, Peachtree, ERP systems, or similar accounting software
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, logistics, or service industry experience preferred
• Inventory accounting experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in small to mid‑sized business environments preferred
• Self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership and wearing multiple hats
