• Manage client invoicing and billing processes
• Perform account reconciliations and support month‑end close activities
• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding balances
• Assist with ERP implementation and data migration initiatives
• Support engagement tracking, project administration, and operational reporting
• Partner closely with finance and business leaders on process improvements
• Contribute to special projects as the organization continues to scale

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and ERP exposure
• Public accounting experience highly valued
• CPA or CPA‑track preferred but not required
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail
