Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly financial statements for assigned properties as an Accounting Manager
Record journal entries and oversee accurate general ledger activity
Perform account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and investigate variances
Utilize Real Page for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
Support audit requests, financial inquiries, and special projects
Collaborate with property operations teams to improve financial performance

Qualifications

5+ years of property accounting or real estate accounting experience required
Must have hands-on experience with Real Page
Previous experience as an Accounting Manager or in a senior-level property accounting role preferred
Strong understanding of month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing or mentoring a team is a strong plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
