Job Description & How to Apply Below

Revival Women’s Health | Decatur, GA
Full‑Time | In‑Person

Revival Women’s Health is a concierge women’s health practice redefining midlife care.

We serve women who are seeking something different from traditional healthcare — unhurried visits, thoughtful partnership, and care delivered with both clinical excellence and genuine presence.

We believe the details matter. From the way the space feels to the way a phone call is answered, Revival operates with intention. We are building a practice that exudes warmth, professionalism, and high‑quality care.

This is the first full‑time hire for the practice and a foundational role in how Revival operates and grows. This role reports directly to the Founder/CEO and Practicing Physician Dr. Taniqua Miller. We are seeking someone who understands that exceptional care delivery includes operational excellence, hospitality, presentation, and follow‑through.

Position Summary

The Practice Operations & Member Experience Lead owns the day‑to‑day operations of Revival Women’s Health.

This role is responsible for:

  • Owning front‑of‑house excellence
  • Ensuring smooth, organized clinic flow
  • Protecting and elevating the member experience
  • Supporting thoughtful, sustainable practice growth
  • Maintaining operational systems and standards
  • Partnering closely with the physician founder

This is not a task‑based administrative position. It requires ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and pride in doing things well. The right candidate will see this role as theirs to steward and strengthen.

Core Responsibilities:

Practice Operations
  • Oversee and execute daily clinic operations with precision
  • Ensure schedules are optimized and clinical flow is protected
  • Maintain organized, efficient systems and refine SOPs as needed
  • Anticipate operational gaps and proactively propose solutions
  • Coordinate supplies, vendors, and administrative logistics
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Member Experience
  • Serve as the welcoming and composed presence of the practice
  • Manage pre‑appointment prep, check‑in, check‑out, and payment processes seamlessly
  • Communicate clearly and warmly with members via phone, portal, and in person
  • Ensure onboarding and ongoing touchpoints reflect the Revival standard
  • Maintain a calm, attentive, hospitality‑forward environment

Presentation, timeliness, attendance to detail, and professionalism are essential in this role. These qualities directly shape how members experience care at Revival Women’s Health.

Growth & Practice Stewardship
  • Support consistent and thoughtful membership growth through follow‑up and relationship management
  • Represent the practice with professionalism in community interactions
  • Ensure prospective members feel informed, cared for, and respected
  • Maintain consistent follow‑through and organized outreach tracking
  • Support growth initiatives as identified by practice leadership

Growth matters — but it must align with the Revival way: intentional, relational, and sustainable.

The Ideal Candidate

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 3–5+ years of experience in a medical or high‑touch service environment
  • Take pride in organization, professionalism, and presentation
  • Naturally operate with initiative and accountability
  • Think ahead and solve problems without waiting to be asked
  • Value working in a smaller, intentionally paced, high‑touch environment
  • Understand that hospitality and healthcare are intertwined in this model
  • Enjoy contributing meaningfully to a growing business

This role requires emotional intelligence, discretion, maturity, and sound judgment.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of building something meaningful.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Preferred:

  • Experience in concierge or membership‑based practices
  • Experience working closely with a founder or small business owner
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and scheduling platforms
