Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience from the initial visit through completion of treatment.
Job Type: Full‑time. Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour plus monthly performance‑based bonuses.

- Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
- Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
- Greet patients warmly, manage check‑in/check‑out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
- Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain and update the center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
- Order and organize patient materials as needed.
- Scan and upload documents into patient records.
- Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the center’s success.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills.
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑centric environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
- A team‑oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.
