This role is responsible for ensuring local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. • Exceed commercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry
• Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, operations, and financial performance
• Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, career pathing, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention
• Mentor teams on technical development and career growth
• Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement
• Communicate business priorities, ensure clear expectations, and take ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable
• Plan resource and scheduling requirements within market for 24/7 coverage and expand standard operating procedures for robust, scalable growth

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• 5+ years of experience in service-focused industry;
  Class 8 experience not required
• Experience leading teams of 100+ across large geography, preferred
• Proven experience leading field, heavy duty, mobile repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
• Experience running complex processes using Lean or other techniques
• Data driven decision-making. Valid driver’s license required
