Senior Lead Product Manager, Product Operations

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for key telecommunications and media-enabled automotive solutions. You will own product operations across the lifecycle: shaping vision, aligning roadmaps, optimizing processes, and ensuring scalable releases. Partner with engineering, data, marketing, and sales to translate customer and dealer needs into prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes. Use analytics to refine features, improve adoption, and streamline operations.

This role champions collaboration, continuous improvement, and people-first leadership across multiple Cox Automotive brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead product operations for key telecom/media-enabled automotive products across the full lifecycle
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in partnership with product and business leaders
• Translate customer, dealer, and market insights into prioritized backlogs and clear requirements
• Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, data, marketing, and sales for high-quality releases
• Establish and refine product operations processes, tools, and rituals to improve efficiency and transparency
• Use data and KPIs to evaluate feature performance and guide continuous improvement
• Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, and adoption strategies across Cox Automotive brands
• Champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and mentor teammates in product and operations best practices
