Residential Construction Project Manager
Can You Manage a Job Site the Way a Homeowner Deserves and a Crew Respects? There are project managers who push paper and hope things go right. Then there are project managers who show up on‑site, walk the job, catch problems before they become callbacks, and leave every homeowner saying "that crew was incredible." We're looking for the second kind.
At Nelson Exteriors, the Project Manager is the most critical role in the company. You're the person standing between a signed contract and a five-star review. You own the job from the moment materials are ordered until the homeowner shakes your hand at the final walkthrough. You manage the crews, the budget, the timeline, and the relationship and you do it across multiple active projects at the same time.
This role is demanding. The days are long, the decisions are constant, and the homeowners are trusting you with the biggest investment they'll make outside of buying the house itself. But if you thrive under that pressure and if you're the person who runs toward problems instead of away from them, then you'll earn well, be respected, and build something you're genuinely proud of.
