Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and pets by name and provide a welcoming front desk experience.
  • Manage schedules, resolve booking conflicts, and confirm appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records within our practice management software.
  • Assist with client inquiries about services, prescriptions, and billing.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Ensure client-facing areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with our rehab team to deliver top-notch patient care.
  • Assist with rehabilitation treatment modalities and evaluations.
Essential

Skills and Qualifications Required Skills
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with practice management software preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
