Customer Service Representative

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Customer Service Representative in Decatur, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with answering phone calls, documenting requests, and overall customer satisfaction. Assisting customers with general questions

Navigating through software in a timely manner

Giving quality calls to clients

What you’ll need:

Previous experience in a Customer Service Environment (Call center experience is a plus)
Ability to type over 30 words per minute
