Family Dental Group is seeking a full-time dental hygienist to join our well-established Decatur office! $4K sign on bonus!

Located at 4324 Covington HWY Decatur, just east of the intersection of Covington Hwy and Redwing Circle, near I-285 and the Panthersville area.

Full-time schedule:

• Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fridays 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends!

Competitive compensation and benefit package offered! $4K sign on bonus! Pay based on experience, $50 to $54 vs 33% of the production, whichever is higher!

Job responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct dental exams and assessments, including X-rays and oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Assist dentists with procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Uphold infection control and sterilization protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid dental hygienist license in the state of Georgia
• CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Team player with a positive attitude
