Key Responsibilities Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs, including writing materials and designing exercises Deliver on-site and web-based training courses while managing the training program according to business needs and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring accessibility compliance and relevance to the curriculum
Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in developing training programs for ERP systems 8 years of experience in developing accessibility-compliant training content 8 years of hands-on experience with eLearning software 8 years of hands-on experience with People Soft FSCM 9.2 ERP system 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications and maintaining SharePoint sites
