Coordinator for Student Engagement
Plays a vital role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and connected campus community. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and promoting programs that enhance student involvement, support personal and professional growth, and strengthen a sense of belonging among Agnes Scott students. By collaborating with campus partners, student organizations, and academic departments, the Coordinator ensures that engagement opportunities are accessible, meaningful, and aligned with institutional goals.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to creating dynamic experiences that enrich student life both inside and outside the classroom.

- Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education or related field. - Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Individuals with experience in and a commitment to mentoring individuals from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, have strong organizational and administrative skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to create and manage social media content.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Other:
- Must be available to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
- Periodic travel required from office to other locations on and off campus.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office with occasional travel.
