Desired Experience &
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as a school psychologist
- Solid understanding of psycho-educational assessments and intervention strategies
- Experience working with diverse student populations in K-12 educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to evaluate student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and behavioral growth
- Participate in response to intervention (RTI) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) processes
- Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and conflict resolution services as needed
- Consult with educators and families regarding student progress and program modifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
