General SummarySupports the graduate and post-baccalaureate student recruitment activities of the admission office within the guidelines of federal, state and local laws and office, division, and college policies and procedures. Works cooperatively with co‑workers, prospective graduate and post‑baccalaureate students and alumni in promoting graduate programs and actively recruiting potential candidates for admission to graduate and post‑baccalaureate programs at Agnes Scott College.

EssentialJob Functions
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related occupational field of study.
Experience:
1-3 years professional experience in an office or sales environment. Experience in admissions or higher education preferred.
- Ability and interest in learning new software.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (Slate preferred).
- Proficiency in public speaking.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to communicate enthusiastically on the phone, online, in email, and in‑person about graduate programs.
- Good judgment and the ability to work collegially in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to maintain confidentiality.
- Desire to support a diverse and inclusive campus environment.
- Travel required from the office to other locations on a regular basis.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Irregular, weekend and evening hours are required.
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office with occasional travel.
