Youth Ministries Director: Lead Youth in Faith & Service

North Decatur United Methodist Church (NDUMC) is in an exciting and transformative season. We are a welcoming faith community with a desire to build leaders for today and tomorrow through worship, service, faith formation, and intergenerational experiences. A goal for youth ministries at NDUMC is to create a pathway for youth to engage meaningfully in all of these. This position is best suited for a candidate who is excited about youth ministry and ready to put into practice the vision and values of NDUMC as we create strategies to engage each other, our neighbors, and the world.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Two (2) - Three (3) years of experience in Youth Ministry Preferred
- Candidates for Ministry in the UMC are encouraged to apply

Expected Hours of Work
Part-time, 20-25 hours per week including Sunday morning sand other designated times during the week.

Start Date
The anticipated start date for this position is August 2026.
