Location: Decatur, GA
Pay: $30+ per hour (based on experience)

, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Decatur, GA, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with afternoon availability required
. The RBT will provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as directed by the BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
• Collaborate with the BCBA to support data-driven treatment decisions
• Assist with behavior management and crisis support as needed
• Deliver services in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics

• Active RBT certification required
• CPR certification not required at hire but must be obtained upon employment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience working with individuals in home, school, or clinical settings preferred
• Strong commitment to supporting individuals with autism and developmental differences
• Competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour
• Mileage and drive-time reimbursement (administrative hourly rate for travel between clients)
