Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility remains a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for our residents and staff. Your tasks will include:
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall orderliness of the building and grounds.
Repairs & Upkeep: Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as: filter changes, plumbing fixes, and carpentry work.
Equipment Management: Properly manage and maintain tools and equipment used for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and team members, ensuring a compassionate and helpful atmosphere.

Qualifications:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who:
Has a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Possesses some basic knowledge or experience in maintenance (preferred).
Has previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), though this is not required.
Is eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
