- Act as the internal liaison with support and product development/engineering teams
- Coordinate all implementation activities with internal stakeholders and with the customer to ensure timely delivery of the software product and an exceptional implementation experience
- Conduct kickoff meetings to set expectations, introduce team members and discuss timelines
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for the agency before, during, and after the Go Live
- Curate a weekly summary of client meetings, both pre-Go Live and post, to ensure customer success and to stay on top of deliverables
